Cortex agents can now keep several conversations going at once

Lots of estate agency jobs mean asking a few people for an update and waiting to hear back. Say a sale has gone quiet and you want news from the buyer's solicitor, the seller's solicitor and the mortgage broker. A Cortex agent can now message all three together, then deal with each reply as it comes in, without waiting for the other two. If one of them hasn't replied by the time you've chosen, for example two days later, the agent sends them a follow-up.

• One slow reply doesn't hold things up: Each conversation carries on as soon as that person responds.
• Automatic follow-ups: Anyone who hasn't replied by your chosen time gets chased.
