Cortex agents can now move sales offers forward

A Cortex agent can now handle the admin side of a sales offer. It can pass the offer to the vendor, then mark it as accepted, rejected or withdrawn once they've made their decision. Accepting an offer creates the sale and moves the property to Sold STC, just as it would if your team did it in Street. Negotiating counter-offers is still left to your team.

• Every step of an offer: Pass to the vendor, then accept, reject or withdraw.
• Sold STC automatically: Accepting creates the sale and updates the property.
• Negotiation stays with you: Counter-offers are handled by your team.
