Cortex agents can now keep sale progression up to date

As solicitors send updates, a sale's milestones need ticking off. A Cortex agent can now mark a whole milestone as complete, such as searches, or reopen it if something changes. For example, when a solicitor emails to confirm the searches are back, an agent could update the milestone straight away.

• Complete or reopen: Keep each milestone accurate.
• Always current: Progress reflects the latest solicitor updates.
