Fix mistakes in safety certificate records directly in Street

Mistakes happen when logging compliance details, and an incorrect expiry date can throw off your record keeping. A Cortex agent can now correct a safety certificate already recorded on a property in Street.co.uk If details were entered wrongly, the agent can fix them in place so your compliance records stay accurate. When running the agent, attach a CSV with the correct certificate dates for each property listed, and correct any issue or expiry dates in Street that don't match.

• Fix dates and notes: Amend the expiry date, issue date or notes on an existing certificate.
• Unchanged details preserved: Anything the agent does not change is left exactly as it was.
• Separate renewal records: To log a renewal, the agent adds a new certificate rather than editing the old one.
