Keep rent review records up to date

Keeping track of rent reviews usually involves updating dates and recording contact across multiple records. A Cortex agent can now work rent reviews forward directly in Street. For example, when an agent works through a review, it can save the proposed rent figure and mark the landlord as contacted once the proposal goes out.

• Record suggested figures: Save the rent amount suggested to the landlord.
• Fix key dates: Set the review due date or the date the rent was last changed.
• Track landlord contact: Mark the landlord as contacted once the proposal has gone out.
