Keep contact phone numbers and email addresses accurate in Street

When a contact gives you a new phone number on a call, it often ends up written in a note instead of on their record. A Cortex agent can now read and update a contact's phone numbers and email addresses in Street. It can check a contact's full list of numbers or emails to add new details, correct existing entries, or remove old ones.

• Phone numbers updated: Pull a contact's full list of numbers to add a new one, correct an existing entry, or set which number is primary.
• Email addresses managed: Check a contact's full list of emails to add or remove an address.
