Keep your Cortex account secure with two-factor authentication

Protecting client data and property records is a constant priority for busy agencies. You can now protect your Cortex sign-in with two-factor authentication. Once set up, you enter a six-digit code from your authenticator app each time you sign in. Admins can also require two-factor authentication for everyone across the agency.

• Simple profile setup: Connect any authenticator app from your profile to generate a six-digit sign-in code.
• Require it for your team: Admins can enforce two-factor authentication for everyone in Team settings.
• Immediate setup prompts: Anyone who has not configured two-factor authentication is asked to do so straight away.
