Cortex can now act at every stage of a tenancy

A Cortex agent can now start working when a tenancy is created, updated, starts, has its end date set, or ends. For example, an agent could send a new tenant a welcome email on their first day, or contact the landlord about renewing well before the end date.

• The whole tenancy: Created, updated, started, end date set or ended.
• Renewals in good time: Start the conversation before the end date.
