Find clients who still need a nudge to use the Street app

Getting clients onto the Street app often means guessing who has logged in and who has not. A Cortex agent can now check whether a contact uses the Street app when looking up their details. It can see if they are active, have an account they have never opened, or have no account yet, along with when they were last active.

• Clear account status: See whether a client is active, has an account they have never opened, or has no account yet.
• Last active date: Check when a client was last active in the Street app.
