Save contact correspondence addresses straight to Street

When a contact gives their details during a call or enquiry, their address often stays buried in a note. A Cortex agent can now write a captured address straight onto the contact's correspondence address in Street. It can also clear the address when it is no longer right.

• Direct to the record: Captured addresses from an enquiry or call go straight onto the contact's correspondence address instead of staying in a note.
• Clear incorrect details: Clear a correspondence address when it is no longer right.
