Alert your team inside Street without sending an email

Not every internal update is weighty enough to warrant an email. A Cortex agent can now send an in-app notification to a colleague or a whole branch in Street instead. The alert appears directly in their notification bell when something needs to be noticed while working in Street. Messages show under a "from Cortex" heading so recipients know where the alert came from.
