Send emails under a team member's name so replies go straight to them

Emails sent from a generic branch address can feel impersonal when a client is working directly with a negotiator. You can now set a Cortex agent to send emails on behalf of a specific team member. Messages go out under that person's name and email address, so replies come directly back to them. If left unset, emails send from the branch as before.

• Direct replies: Emails go out under the team member's name and email address so replies come back to them.
• Branch default: Leave the setting blank and emails send from the branch as before.
