Send documents for e-signing without leaving Cortex

Getting onboarding paperwork signed often means checking who has not signed yet and moving between different tasks. A Cortex agent can now send documents for e-signing through Street once they are generated. For example, after generating a Terms of Business, an agent can find its prepared e-signature version, check who still needs to sign, and send it to the signers. Sending is gated by human approval by default.
