Cortex can now find properties with missing certificates

A Cortex agent can now check your properties for any that don't have a gas safety certificate, electrical certificate or EPC they should hold. It tells you exactly which certificates each property is missing, giving your team a ready-made compliance to-do list.

• Gas, electrical and EPC: All the key certificates checked.
• Exactly what's missing: Each property shows which certificates it needs.
