Cortex agents can now search lettings offers

A Cortex agent can now find lettings offers by property, applicant, negotiator or status, including any waiting on the landlord's decision. Each offer comes with the rent, move-in date, tenancy length and the tenants' combined salary. That means an agent can run a quick affordability check without anyone pulling the details together first.

• Find any offer: Search by property, applicant, negotiator or status.
• Affordability details included: Rent, move-in date, tenancy length and combined salary.
