Catch expiring safety certificates before they lapse

A lapsed gas or electrical certificate is a compliance risk. A Cortex agent can now search your properties for certificates that have expired or are due to expire in the next 30 days. For example, an agent could send your lettings team a weekly list of renewals to chase. It also flags expiry dates that look like typing mistakes, such as a date in 2206.
