Cortex can now react when a memo of sale goes out or a chain changes

Some Cortex agents run on a schedule, and others start when something happens in Street. Two new moments can now set an agent off: a memorandum of sale being issued, and a sale's property chain being updated. For example, an agent could send the buyer and vendor an email explaining what happens next as soon as the memo goes out. Or it could check the chain whenever it changes and let your team know if things seem to have stalled.

• When the memo goes out: Brief the buyer and vendor straight away.
• When the chain changes: Check the sale is still moving.
