Reschedule appointments without losing their history

When a client asks to change a booking, cancelling and recreating an appointment can disrupt your Street records. A Cortex agent can now reschedule an existing viewing, valuation or photo and measure appointment by moving it to a new time slot. It preserves the existing appointment record and history, keeping everything in one place.

• Keep appointment history: Moving the appointment retains its history instead of cancelling and rebooking.
• Reassign to colleagues: If the new time slot is on another team member's calendar, the appointment is reassigned to them.
