Record a landlord's decision on a rent review

Keeping track of rent reviews and updating Street after speaking with a landlord takes time. A Cortex agent can now record the landlord's decision on a rent review. For example, when a landlord agrees a new rent, the agent can save the new figure, the date it takes effect, and the next review date.

• Ready for notice: Saves the agreed rent alongside the effective date and next review date so the notice is ready to go.
• Next review set up: If the rent stays as it is, the agent completes the review and sets up next year's.
