Cortex can now read photos and PDFs

Lots of useful information sits inside attachments: a photo of a leak, a gas safety certificate, a contractor's quote, a tenancy agreement. A Cortex agent can now open these files and understand what's in them. For example, it could find the expiry date on a gas certificate, or look at a tenant's photo of damp and decide whether someone needs to go out today.

• Photos and PDFs: Certificates, quotes, agreements and photos can all be read.
• Picks out the details: Finds things like an expiry date without anyone opening the file.
• Helps judge urgency: Looks at a photo of damage and weighs up how quickly it needs fixing.
