An applicant's budget on paper does not always mean they have the funds ready to proceed. When looking at a sales applicant in Street, a Cortex agent can now check how their purchase is funded. For example, you could set up an agent to filter for cash buyers with verified funds or applicants with an agreement in principle.

• Verified proof of funds: Check whether proof of funds has been verified or only stated by the buyer.
