Cortex agents can now manage property tags

Organising properties into portfolios or blocks often means updating records one by one. A Cortex agent can now read, add and remove property tags in Street. For example, you can point an agent at a CSV of a block to tag all those units in one go.

• Existing tags preserved: Tags are added or removed individually, so an agent setting one tag never wipes a property's other tags.
