Cortex can now match applicants and properties

A Cortex agent can now find the properties that fit what an applicant is looking for, or the applicants who'd be interested in a property. It uses the same matching Street already uses, so the results are ones your team already trusts. For example, an agent could send matches as soon as a new property comes on, or as soon as a new applicant registers.

• Both ways round: Properties for an applicant, or applicants for a property.
• Street's own matching: The same results your team already uses.
