Cortex agents can now keep vendors updated on photo and measure visits

A Cortex agent can now start working when a photo and measure appointment is booked, rearranged, cancelled or completed. For example, it could confirm the visit with the vendor as soon as it's booked, or chase the photos if they haven't come in after the visit.
