Reassign properties to another branch in Street

Reorganising records after closing or merging an office can leave properties sitting in the wrong branch. A Cortex agent can now reassign a property to a different branch when updating it in Street. For example, an agent can clear records out of an archived branch into the right active one. A property currently live on a portal must be withdrawn first.

• Valuations move too: The property's valuations move across to the new branch with it.
