Handle property boards and contractor requests in one step

Keeping property boards up to date across your listings often means extra admin and separate messages to contractors. A Cortex agent can now raise a For Sale, Sold or To Let board on a property, change its type as a sale progresses, and take active boards down again. When asked, the agent can also email your branch's board supplier to install, swap or collect the board, sending the contractor request as part of the same step.

• Track board changes: Put up For Sale, Sold or To Let boards, update a board from For Sale to Sold, or remove active boards.
• Notify suppliers directly: Send an email to your branch's board supplier to arrange installation, swapping or collection.
