Cortex can now update tenants and landlords as a job moves on

A Cortex agent can now start working when a maintenance job is created, completed, cancelled, closed, or marked for the landlord to fix. For example, when a job is completed, an agent could let the tenant and landlord know, so they're not left chasing you for news.

• Every status change: Created, completed, cancelled, closed or landlord to fix.
• Fewer chasing calls: Tenants and landlords are updated as it happens.
