Cortex agents can now keep everyone updated on lettings offers

A Cortex agent can now start working when a lettings offer is made, passed to the landlord, accepted, rejected or withdrawn. For example, an agent could let the applicant know as soon as their offer has gone to the landlord, then tell them the outcome once it's decided.
