Keep landlords and tenants updated all the way to move-in

A lettings application goes through several stages, and landlords and tenants want to know where things stand. A Cortex agent can now start working at each one: when an application is created, cancelled or completed, when a move-in date is agreed, and when a tenancy is added. For example, an agent could email the landlord as soon as a move-in date is agreed.
