Start launch tasks the moment a property goes live on the portals

When a new listing goes live on the portals, getting the word out quickly makes all the difference. A Cortex agent can now start the moment a listing is published to the portals for the first time. For example, you could set up an agent to alert matched applicants the instant a property hits Rightmove and Zoopla.

• First-time trigger: Fires the first time a listing is published to the portals.
• Instant launch tasks: Kick off applicant alerts or social media posts as soon as a property goes live.
