Create sales instructions straight from winning valuations

Winning a valuation is great news, but turning it into an active instruction takes extra admin. When a vendor decides to go ahead, a Cortex agent can now create the sales instruction straight from the valuation. It marks the valuation as won in Street, with the option to set the fees to instruct on.

• Valuation marked as won: The valuation is updated to won as soon as the sales instruction is created.
• Set instruction fees: The agent can optionally set the fees to instruct on.
