Send works orders straight to contractors

Passing job details to contractors and getting repairs moving takes constant admin. A Cortex agent can now pick a contractor and instruct them directly to carry out work on a maintenance job. Instructing the contractor sends them a works order.

• Set completion target: An agent can optionally set an expected completion date for the work.
• Control access details: Choose whether to share the property's access details when instructing the contractor.
