Cortex agents can now handle inspection reminders and reports

A Cortex agent can now start working at each stage of a property inspection: when it's booked, confirmed, completed or cancelled, and when the report is uploaded or sent. For example, an agent could remind the tenant a couple of days before, then send the landlord the report once it's ready.

• Before the visit: Remind the tenant in good time.
• After the visit: Get the report to the landlord.
