Cortex can now check where a sale is up to

Buyers and vendors often want to know how their sale is going. A Cortex agent can now read a sale's progression milestones, from the memorandum of sale, through searches, to exchange. It can also see which checklist items under each milestone are done. For example, an agent could send both sides a weekly progress update without anyone digging through the file.
