Cortex can now see the full chain behind a sale

When a vendor asks why completion has been pushed back, the answer is usually somewhere else in the chain. A Cortex agent can now look up every property linked to a sale, above and below it. For each one, it can see the status, the owners and buyers, and which estate agents and solicitors are involved. So the agent can give your vendor a clear update without anyone making three phone calls first.

• Every link in the chain: All connected properties and where each one is up to.
• Who's involved: Owners, buyers, estate agents and solicitors for each property.
