Catch failed safety certificates early and filter tenancies by service level

Keeping on top of property compliance is hard when a certificate has an unsatisfactory inspection result but is still technically in date. A Cortex agent can now find certificates that failed their inspection, which show as needing remediation until the remedial work is signed off. The agent can also narrow tenancy searches by service level.

• Track failed inspections: Certificates with an unsatisfactory result, such as a failed EICR, show as needing remediation until signed off, even while still in date.
• Filter by service level: Tenancy searches can be narrowed by service level, such as Fully Managed tenancies.
