Never let an enquiry slip through overnight

On a busy day, it's easy for an enquiry to go unanswered. Every evening, the Enquiry Activity Report recipe checks the day's sales, lettings and general enquiries. It works out which ones were contacted and which led to a booking, then sends you a PDF of every enquiry nobody has replied to yet. Valuation leads that haven't been contacted are marked in red, so your team knows where to start in the morning.
