Run your scheduled Cortex agents on any timeline you need

Not every routine in an agency fits neatly into a daily, weekly or monthly schedule. You can now choose a custom repeat when setting up a scheduled Cortex agent. For example, you could run an agent every three weeks on Mondays and Wednesdays for sales-progression chases.

• Flexible intervals: Choose to repeat every few days, every few weeks on specific weekdays, or every few months on a set day.
• Set a start date: Pick the start date that your repeat cycle counts from.
• Run on the half hour: Scheduled agent times can now be set to half past the hour as well as on the hour.
