Cortex agents can now block out time in your team's diaries

A diary is only useful if it's up to date. A Cortex agent can now add time to a team member's calendar when they're not available, whether that's annual leave, a meeting, admin or travel. For example, when someone emails to book a day off, an agent could add it to their diary so the rest of the team can see they're out.

• Any kind of time away: Annual leave, meetings, admin or travel.
• Everyone can see who's free: The diary shows when each person is unavailable.
