Add general to-dos directly to your branch task list

Not every job in an agency belongs to a single property or contact record. A Cortex agent can now add a task to your branch to-do list without forcing it onto an unrelated record. For example, an agent can create a task for a daily summary or a general follow-up.

• No record required: Tasks can be created for branch-wide jobs without linking them to a property or contact.
• Added to your branch list: Tasks appear directly on the branch to-do list for your team to pick up.
