Mark viewings as confirmed as soon as everyone agrees

Getting a viewing confirmed often means checking in separately with everyone involved. A Cortex agent can now record viewing confirmations as they are received.

• Record each confirmation: Log that the agency, the applicant, or the occupant has confirmed the viewing.
• Withdraw a confirmation: Remove a confirmation if a party is no longer confirmed.
• Automatic update: Once all three confirm, the viewing is marked as confirmed automatically.
