Make sure each branch only contacts its own area

If you have more than one branch, you don't want two of them contacting the same people. Before a mailshot or a round of follow-ups, a Cortex agent can now narrow a list down to just the contacts whose address is inside a branch's area.

• By branch area: Filter contacts to a branch's patch.
• No overlap: Each branch sticks to its own contacts.
