Keep on top of applicant Right to Rent checks

Before you set up a tenancy, someone in your team has to check that every applicant has a valid Right to Rent check and chase anyone who doesn’t. When looking up a lettings applicant’s compliance, a Cortex agent can now see each person’s latest Right to Rent check and tell you whether it’s valid, due for a recheck, expired or missing. For anyone with a time-limited right, it also shows the date it needs checking again.

Add it to your move-in process and Cortex can check everyone on the application before the tenancy is created, then email any applicant whose check is missing or expired and let your team know, so problems are spotted before move-in day.
