Cortex agents can now cancel valuations

When a vendor gets in touch to cancel a valuation, the appointment needs to come out of Street and the diary. A Cortex agent can now do this for you, so the slot is free for someone else straight away.

• Cancelled in Street: The appointment is updated on the record.
• Diary freed up: The slot is ready to rebook.
