Send approval requests directly to the assigned user

When several team members share a Cortex agent, approval requests can clutter up everyone's queue. You can now route approvals directly to whoever is assigned to the record in Street. For a shared agent, choose "The record's assigned agent" on a tool's approval, and each request goes to the user assigned to that applicant or property.

• Choose the assigned agent: Select "The record's assigned agent" when setting up a tool's approval.
• Relevant requests only: Each request goes only to the negotiator assigned to that applicant or property in Street.
