Ask Cortex for help wherever you are in the app

Ask Cortex is the chat assistant built into Cortex. You can now use it from any page to ask how something works, build a new Cortex agent, or change one you already have. It knows which page or agent you're looking at, so you can say "make this agent run on Mondays too" without explaining which one you mean.
