Keep your Cortex agent tags clean and up to date

As your agency builds more Cortex agents, old tags can clutter your workspace. You can now remove and delete agent tags whenever your setup changes. For example, you can take a tag off a single agent from its page, or add and remove tags across several agents at once from the Agents list. You can also delete a tag from your whole account when you no longer need it.

• Single agent editing: Take a tag off a single agent directly from its page.
• Bulk tag management: Add or remove tags across several agents at once from the Agents list.
• Delete across account: Delete a tag from your whole account when you no longer need it.
